Stay in sixties style? This can be done temporarily in the style rooms of the Cultuurhistorisches Centrum Loppersum. You sleep in a double room with an authentic decor from the 1960s and can use the fully furnished living room, teenage room and landing. A trip back in time! The space On the upper floor of the Loppersum Cultural History Center (CHCL), a temporary sixties apartment is furnished, complete with double bedroom. This apartment can be booked for an overnight stay in July, August and September 2024. Please keep CHCL hours in mind. You are then not alone in the building: tuesday and Wednesday: 1-5pm friday: 10am-5pm saturday: 10am-4pm In the double bedroom, there is an authentic 1960s double bed (140cm wide, low entry). There are also closets to store your luggage. This room can be closed off. The other rooms in the sixties apartment are not lockable. There is a living/sitting room with armchairs and coffee table, a teenage room with sofa bed, desk and working record player and radio and a landing that is equipped with, among other things, a kitchen table. During your stay, the ground floor with the exhibition space will also be accessible to you. Located on the ground floor is a toilet, a pantry (sink and counter cabinets), and a separate shower. The toilet and pantry are also used by visitors and staff during the day. The shower is exclusively for guests. You bring your own towels. In the pantry you can make your own coffee/tea. Other things to note During CHCL opening hours, you will share the ground floor with staff and visitors! You bring your own towels. Bedding is provided. Coffee and tea are provided. There is no breakfast at this accommodation: from Mon-Sat you can go to the AH supermarket at 50 m walking distance from 8 a.m.
