This property does not have air conditioning, but Brian Head’s cool summer temperatures rarely exceed 78°F. Parking is free and first-come, first-served (not assigned to specific units). The living room features a double-size sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Dogs are not permitted; however, the property owner does have a dog, so guests with allergies should take precautions. The private grill may be unavailable from November through May due to snow. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased locally in Brian Head, Cedar City, or Parowan. Important Notes: Brian Head sits at an elevation of 10,000 feet, so some guests may experience altitude sickness. Parking Information: Free parking is available for one vehicle.
