On hotter days, we recommend opening the windows in the evening and closing them in the morning while utilizing our ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort. We ask that you please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9 pm This is a non-smoking residence - no smoking in the house, or anywhere on the property. Absolutely no pets allowed. This is a brand-new rental property. Some items may still need to be worked out and can only be identified by guests.
