Penalty for each unannounced guest not disclosed prior to the stay is $100 per head per night (2x the normal charge) with a potential eviction. Pet fees are $250 per pet and $500 per undisclosed pet. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $1,000 or more, payable via the Resolution Center. Use hot tub and facilities at your own risk. We assume no liability for your use of the hot tub and the home’s facilities. Please respect quiet hours (9pm-7am) as noise travels easily in this neighborhood. Do not tamper with the surveillance system. Tampering will result in a $500 fine. Turn off all lights, thermostats, and gas & lock all doors when away.
