Guest access All rooms within the facility are private and exclusively for your use. All areas are accessible. You will not share rooms with other groups or hosts. Other things to note ・Please make sure to reserve the exact number of guests. Any discrepancies will incur a charge of twice the normal rate. ・Luggage storage before check-in is available for a fee. In some cases, it may be free, so please inquire. ・The property is a three-story detached house. There is no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. ・One bath towel and one hand towel will be provided per guest for each reservation. ・The following behaviors are prohibited: 　Using the property for parties ・Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only allowed in the parking lot area. If smoking inside the building is discovered, a fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for deodorization Entering the rooms with shoes (please remove them before entering). Hosting parties, playing loud music, or any disruptive behavior that disturbs neighbors. A 50,000 JPY fine will be charged for any disturbance. 　Using drugs or any strongly scented substances. ・If any damage or soiling occurs to the building, equipment, or items, you will be charged for repairs or replacements, as well as any business losses caused by the damage. It is prohibited to leave suitcases behind. If you need to dispose of them, we will charge a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY per suitcase. ・In accordance with Japan's Ryokan Law, the Japanese government requires all guests to provide the following information: Personal details of all guests included in the reservation. A copy of each guest’s passport. (Note: Japanese nationals or residents of Japan are not required to submit this.) If you are unable to submit this information before check-in, you will not be allowed to stay, and your reservation will be canceled at your expense, with a cancellation fee. Please make sure to comply. If you have any concerns regarding odors, cleanliness, or pests inside the room, please consult with us in person before checking out.
