Located in the countryside of Rincon, a beautiful place where you can feel the splendor of nature and enjoy a peaceful stay. To enjoy the beautiful beaches take a 12-14 minute drive and connect with the sun, waves and the scenery. The town center (Plaza) is a 12 minute drive where you will find restaurants, shops and cultural events. Relax and enjoy as a couple, with family or friends. The space A cozy unique spot. Apartment has accommodations for 5 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed) includes TV, dresser, closet and air-conditioning in each room. A Living Area with a sofa, dining space for 6 and a Work Station. Kitchen with appliances and needed accessories, including a Coffee Spot. A Washer and Dryer available in the apartment. One bathroom where we have a hot water shower. We have a water tank available on the premises that automatically keeps the apartment with running water. A Generator in case of any electrical outage. We have a front terrace and patio (back terrace) which is a pleasant place to spend family time and for your relaxing experience we have hammocks awaiting for you and an electric BBQ grill. The balcony is a perfect sight to enjoy nature and relax. The apartment has parking space right in front of the entrance. An experience to enjoy with family, friends or as a couple. Other things to note The apartment is on Road 4412, Km. 0.9, Barrio Jaguey. Make a right turn if coming from the town of Rincon and a left turn if coming from the town of Aguada (you will turn into a small vicinity road).
