Guest access The apartment is located in a private, gated community. For the safety and security of all residents, guests are required to provide a valid photo ID in advance to be registered for community access. However, please be considerate of usage, as costs are high in this area, so we can maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. • If you're looking to have a fantastic photoshoot at the beach we can help you with that with an additional fee. • If you stay 14 days with us we give one extra clean service and 2 if you stay 30 days. • The availability of the amenities (pools, golf, etc.) is subject to change based on the Community or Residence maintenance schedule. • Our water heating system provides comfortably hot water, ideal for Punta Cana's climate. It's not a boiler. Allow a few seconds for warm water when turning on the hot water tap. • Early Check-in or Late Check-out: We offer flexible check-in and check-out times when our schedule allows.
