Dozens of dining options within walking distance. The space Serene cul de sac, most neighbors are retirees. This unit is upstairs, with good sound proofing. You may still hear downstairs guests. If the noise is beyond a reasonable limit or during quiet hours please reach out to us to make a noise complaints. We ask that all guest be generally quiet and considerate in both units.
