Our community boasts a lovely pool with a designated area for kids, ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience. Plus, Playa Buyé is only a quick three-minute drive and walking 8-9 minutes from your doorstep! The space “This cozy villa in Blue Marlin, Buyé, perfectly blends modern comfort and charm. Recently renovated, the villa features brand-new appliances and a very cozy bed. Located on a corner, it boasts a private patio, offering a tranquil spot with seating to enjoy the sunrise. Plus, it’s conveniently located right in front of the pool, making access easy and quick. Inside, the ceilings are adorned with fascias and spotlights, adding a modern touch to the ambiance.” Guest access To enter our community what you have to first is look on the left you will see the Lockbox attached to the gate . Lockbox is number one you open the turn dials to code 0623 you will have access to the beeper , open the gate with the beeper, enter turn left and at the end near the handicap parking you will see parking lot with number one, that is the only parking assigned to our Villa. VILLA NUMBER IS #1 THE HOUSE DOOR LOCK WILL BE SENT TO YOU THROUGHOUT AIRBNB MESSAGES just enter the house code plus # here is an example : 01234# . Our house is the last one behind the pool bathrooms. LOST KEYS WILL HAVE A CHARGE OF $250 with no exceptions to this . Other things to note *The Space** Everything needed for a relaxing stay: one twin bed, bunk bed , towels, cooking utensils, a TV, WiFi, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, and even a small patio with two chairs. The unit is climate-controlled with two AC units. **Guest Access** You’ll enjoy complete access to the entire unit. Please note that there is one parking space available, visits are not permitted the villa is for a maximum of four guests only. **PARKING ** You will have access to one designated parking spot, marked as number one. Only one vehicle is permitted on the premises. Please refrain from parking elsewhere, as vehicles parked incorrectly will incur towing expenses at the owner's cost. Thank you for your cooperation! **Other Things to Note** This unit is designed for a maximum of four guests, with children over the age of two considered as guests—no exceptions. Unfortunately, Emotional Support Animals cannot be accommodated, as they are not covered under ADA regulations. 14 pounds or less dog can be accepted as only one per stay . For your safety, exterior cameras are in place on the front porch and in the backyard, recording video and audio. While there are other villas in the community, we believe none compare to ours! ** NO VISITS ** Tenants may not invite anyone to the villa. The villa will be reserved exclusively for those on the reservation. There will be no exceptions. We’re very sorry, but it’s not possible to check out later than 11:00 AM at our villa. We already have a cleaning appointment scheduled with a professional company, and their team is very punctual. For this reason, guests cannot remain on the property beyond the check-out time. We appreciate your understanding. “Power outages” Our villa has a 150-gallon backup water tank. Please note that water or power outages can occur in Puerto Rico and are beyond our control. The villa does not have a generator, and no refunds are given for outages. Thank you for understanding.
