Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Surrounded by Olive trees, this large 1 bed apartment is an ideal place to relax. A 5 min drive to the nearest village and a 12 min drive to Rute town…where you have shops, supermarkets, pharmacies etc., as well as numerous bars and restaurants. A 20 min drive takes you to Lucena, our nearest City and around the same distance to Iznajar Lakes, with a man made beach, kayak/lounger hire and boat cruise (in season). Also nearby is a pool/bar. The space This is a lovely large ground floor, 1-bed apartment located in the Park Natural de las Sierra Subbéticas with a large hallway/sunroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by olive trees and mountains. Spectacular views of the Andalusian countryside and beautiful evening sunsets, to be savoured from the small patio area which is equipped with table and chairs. Living room has sofa, a 40in TV with a host of satellite channels from around the world, dining table and chairs and log burner for the winter months. Bedroom has a King size bed with linen, an electric blanket(in the winter), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe with hangers. There is a portable aircon unit in the bedroom and a fan in the living room for the summer months. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle , coffee machine, toaster, pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups and glasses. Cleaning materials also provided. Bathroom has small bath with overhead rainfall shower, toilet and sink along with a washing machine. Bath and hand towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner also provided, as well as cleaning materials. There is also an iron and board, clothes airer and beach towels in the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to their apartment as well as small patio area to the front of the property. Other things to note The photo in the description is of the pool bar/restaurant approx 7mins drive from the property. We can provide a travel cot or airbed for a small child. We also accept pets on request (charge may be payable). This is a no smoking property but you are able to smoke on your patio area.
