Just a short distance from LA's top attractions, this house is the perfect home away from home. 🕑 Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM 🛡️ Property Disclosure: We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. The following devices are installed: • 24/7 security system with cameras. Cameras cover all the outdoor areas, including the pool. • Pool is unsupervised and no lifeguards. Children must be accompanied by adults to access the pool. • Any tampering, blocking, or disabling of the security devices will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Other things to note By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following house rules: 1. No Smoking 🚭: Smoking, drug use, and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged for cleaning out smoke damage. No smoking of marijuana is allowed on the property. 2. Quiet Hours 🌙: Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Complaints from neighbors will result in early termination of your stay, with no refund issued. Our local security team will be dispatched to address any violations, and guests will be responsible for any associated costs. 3. Security Cameras 🎥: There are 7 security cameras on the property: 4 located on the exterior front walls, 1 in the pool area, and 2 on the driveway walls. Any tampering, blocking, or disabling of these cameras will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 4. Pool & Hot Tub 🏊‍♂️: No lifeguard is present on the property; swim at your own risk. Adult supervision is mandatory for children using the pool. If you wish to heat the pool or jacuzzi, please let us know in advance (preferably one day prior) as it may take up to 3 hours (jacuzzi) or 8 hours (pool) to heat. There is an additional charge for heating the pool or hot tub. 5. Footwear 👞: No shoes are allowed inside the home. We highly recommend bringing your own slippers, or you may use ours. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if dirty footprints are found and require deep cleaning. 6. Pet Policy 🐾: No pets are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 7. Damaged or Lost Items 💸: Additional charges will apply if the property is left excessively dirty or if linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are found damaged or stained after your stay. Replacement costs for lost, missing, or damaged remotes are $200 per item. 8. Street Parking 🚗: Guests are responsible for adhering to local street parking regulations. The host is not liable for any parking violations or tickets. Please observe all city parking signs. No parking is allowed in front of the house on Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM due to street cleaning. 9. Late Check-Out ⏰: Late check-outs, subject to prior approval, will incur a fee of $100 per hour. 10. Guests 👥: Only the number of overnight guests specified in the reservation is allowed. Additional guests or visitors without prior approval will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night. 11. Housekeeping and towels 🧹: Daily housekeeping is not provided. For stays over 15 days, guests may request deep cleaning services for a $150 fee per session. This process will take approximately 3–4 hours. During your stay, we do not provide additional towel replacements. However, if you need clean towels, we have a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent available for you to use free of charge. 12. Mail & Deliveries 📦: The property does not accept mail or packages. Guests can arrange for deliveries to local FedEx or UPS stores instead. 13. TV & Pay-Per-View 📺: If you purchase any pay-per-view or subscription content using our TV account, you will be responsible for the charges. We will request reimbursement for these expenses. 14. Liability ⚖️: By booking, you agree that the host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or fatalities occurring on the property. 15. Agreement 📝: Booking a reservation implies agreement with these rules. Violations will result in penalties, including removal from the property, as well as liability for any damages, fees, or costs incurred. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENTS: Condition of Property 🏡 Guests are expected to keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. All appliances and household items should be used respectfully and as intended. Guests are also responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness and tidiness during their stay. Events and Commercial Activity 🎬 Filming, professional photography, parties, commercial activities, and any other events require prior written approval from the host and will incur location fees. Please contact the host directly to discuss such arrangements. Release of Liability 🛑 This property is privately owned, and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Additionally, the host is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By making this reservation, you assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including for any individuals you invite to the premises.
