The space The Home Includes: 5 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, A fully equipped kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. High-end fixtures, Free wifi, smart TV’s (bring your own logins) fresh towels, toiletries and beach gear are all provided. Master suite has a king bed, a full-size crib and en-suite bathroom 2nd bedroom has a king bed 3rd bedroom has a king bed 4th bedroom has a twin over a queen loft bed 5th bedroom has a king bed. High-end fixtures, fresh towels, toiletries and beach gear are all provided. Guest access Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note CITY REQUIREMENTS: Short term rental permit: RNTL Dash 031310 Dash 2024 Max occupancy 11 guests including infants (9 Adults max) Parking for up to 2 vehicles, 1 car in the garage and 1 car on the driveway. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 8am. Outdoor facilities are off limits during this time. Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras are present for city compliance. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. You must be 25 or older to book with us. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
