This thoughtfully designed retreat offers two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable sunroom with a cozy daybed, and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a two-car garage for easy parking, while the heated outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day of sun, sand, and surf. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with an ocean breeze or exploring everything Encinitas has to offer, this home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the coastal lifestyle! 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - First Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo - Second Bedroom: Two twin beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a double vanity and a tub/shower combo - Sunroom at the entrance: twin daybed, no closet, privacy screen - Hallway Bathroom: Includes a step-in shower, toilet, and sink AMENITIES - Outdoor dining table & seating - Desk with a charger station for remote work - Heated outdoor shower - Board games & mini library - BBQ grill - Fully-stocked kitchen - Dining area - Washer and dryer - Smart TV’s - Heating - Beach gear - EV charging outlet (240v outlet) PARKING - Up to 2 vehicles in the detached garage. ​​​​​​​- No driveway or street parking. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 5 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7. One camera is positioned above the garage, while another is on the side of the house, monitoring the front gate and a small section of the side patio (not directed at the patio table). - A separate apartment is situated above the detached garage, with its own private entrance, patio, and parking space. There are no shared areas. The tenant parks on the side of the driveway, while you have access to the garage for parking. - This home is near the train tracks so you will occasionally hear the train horns. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. RNTL-024182-2023
