Access to the laundry facility is shared. Other things to note *NOTE: there is a Casita located at the rear of the property that is a separate short term vacation rental. The only shared areas are the 2 car garage ( 1 spot per unit ) as well as the Hammock area between the homes and the walkway on the east side of the property. They do not look into any interior spaces SAN DIEGO AIRPORT NOISE The Ocean beach and Point Loma neighborhoods are under the flight path for the San Diego International Airport.
