Just minutes from the beach and redwood parks, the house is perfectly placed for those craving nature, quiet, and comfort. Step inside and feel the difference with cozy hydronic radiant floor heating—a rare treat that makes every step feel like luxury. The home features three roomy bedrooms and two full baths, including a traditional Japanese soaking tub for the ultimate post-adventure wind down. The layout consists of a bedroom with single bed/office on the main floor. The full bathroom with the soaking tub is adjacent to the bedroom and laundry area on the main floor. The primary suite upstairs has a king bed with overflow seating area. In addition, there are two guest bedrooms upstairs which are both outfitted with queen-size beds. Plus, an entire second living room/entertainment area exists on the second story, as well as the second full bathroom. The layout flows beautifully from a chef-worthy kitchen into open living spaces and out to a patio built for chilling—complete with a hot tub, sauna, and forest views. Majestic redwoods frame the property, creating a peaceful vibe that's perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Right from the front door, you'll find walking and hiking trails—no driving needed. Bring your pups too! There's a small, fully fenced pet area for quick potty breaks, though the rest of the yard is open and not pet-secure. Whether you’re here to recharge, explore, or just soak up the natural beauty of Northern California, this home is your ideal basecamp. For a bit of fun between adventures, guests can enjoy a game of basketball in the front drive or try their hand at the on-site frisbee golf basket. These playful extras make it easy to stay active without ever leaving the property. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note *There is a fine for causing excessive debris or foam of the hot tub that would necessitate and early dump and drain of the facility. The fine is $150 per dump and drain. We take photos of the chemical levels at every clean and photos of the hot tub water prior to your arrival. *Please do not leave pets unattended, pick up after your pets, and please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding. *No Smoking is allowed on the property, $150 fine* *No parties allowed, $150 fine* *Quiet Hours: 11pm-8am *Early check-in, $25 per hour early unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by the host. *$25/per 30 minute late check-out. *$50/per pet
