Situated on the Pacific side of Costa Rica, only a 5 minute car ride to Herradura with beautiful sandy beaches and Los Seunos Resort. The house is a mere 8 minutes car ride from the popular tourist center of Jaco with all its bars and restaurants and just 2.7 km from Villa Caletas resort. Enjoy your unforgettable vacation in this piece of Costa Rican paradise. The space Relax and enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the mountains beyond from the patio and private pool. The house is very private but just minutes from Herradura and Jaco. Watch for flocks of budgies, and the sunrise and sunset passage of Scarlet Macaws. Listen for Toucans in the evening, and enjoy Social Flycatchers and Mourning Doves coming to bathe. The main house has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-sized beds, and a common bathroom with shower. There is a large newly renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances refrigerator/freezer has built in cold water dispenser and ice maker a must for the hot weather! Renovated living room. The 3rd bedroom with its separate entrance, 2 queen-sized beds and en-suite bathroom is new, all bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioners. The 30’ long pool with seating area is also new, the recent renovation also included a large covered terrace which has 4 outdoor speakers. A double garage provides covered parking and covered walkway to the front of the house perfect for the rainy season. The unique custom made cabinets, the ceilings and paneling throughout the home are made from the dramatic Guanacaste wood that came from this property. Marvel at the doors carved by local artisans depicting Costa Rican wild life. Guest access Guests enjoy the whole house, grounds and private swimming pool. Other things to note 4WD and INTERNET 4WD Some gusts have asked if a 4 WD is necessary to get in and out of the property. A 4WD is NOT required. The drive is steep in parts but it is paved with concrete we have driven up and down in a medium size family car with front wheel drive without any problems. WIFI INTERNET The house is situated outside of town fibre optic cable internet is not available so the internet we have can be slow at times depending on local usage we find it sufficient for our needs for example e mail and watching netflix but if you need to work for the whole day or are transferring large files it may not be reliable enough.
