Guest access Parking : Guests will have access to our 1 car garage and 2 driveway parking. Please note there is a 3 cars limit and no street parking. Other things to note We ask our guests to kindly show consideration and respect to our neighbors, given our location in a residential area. Our stringent house rules ensure a top-notch experience for all guests. Before confirming your reservation, we'll need your agreement to abide by these rules. To ensure tranquility, we have a strict NO-PARTY policy and request NO loud music, with noise levels kept low. For the comfort of everyone, smoking are not permitted indoor or outdoor . Small pets are allowed with additional cleaning fees . Only the specified amount of people AND pet in the reservation is allowed on the premise at all times. Any indication of additional guest/ pet will incur a fee of $100 per additional guest/pet per night Any smoking indoor or outdoor will result in $1000 penalty. House Rules are STICTLY ENFORCED.
