The adjacent fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, featuring all the essentials, plus a dishwasher and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Our primary bedroom, located on the main floor, boasts a king-size bed with custom luxury hotel linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A spacious closet provides ample storage for your belongings. For a unique twist, climb the ladder in the living room to the cozy lofted bedroom, where you'll find a queen platform bed and a small desk, perfect for those who need a quiet workspace. The full bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, making packing a bit lighter for you. If you're traveling with a furry friend, you'll be pleased to know that pets are welcome here. Outside, the small fenced backyard offers a private oasis with seating for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 7) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
