Escape to my charming, peaceful house and unwind in the stylish and comfortable guest room. Prepare to be greeted by Kobi, my sweet little dog with a big personality! You'll find everyday essentials at nearby shops open until late. Getting around: I am 25 minutes drive to Liverpool City Centre (30 mins by public transport) and just 10 minutes drive to Anfield Stadium (~30 mins via public transport). Royal Liverpool and Aintree Hospitals are ~20 mins by public transport Private parking! The space While general quiet hours start at 10 PM, I recognize that some evenings might involve late events like concerts or games. If you arrive back after this time, that's perfectly fine! I just kindly request that you be considerate and keep noise levels down out of respect for others in the house. Guest access Access to kitchen, backyard, bathroom next to the guest room During your stay As required. Other things to note The standard check-in time is between 3PM-6PM. However, I understand that travel plans can vary! If you anticipate arriving earlier, please let me know in advance, and I will see what I can do to make your arrival smoother for an additional £5 Check in after 6PM might be able to accommodate if contacted before booking and pay a late check in fee. Standard check-out time is between 8AM-11AM However, if you need to leave earlier to catch a flight or for any other reason and this time is earlier than 7AM please contact me prior to the booking to check if the early (out of hours) check out can be accommodated and it’s fee.
