Community Notes - 3 heated outdoor pools (seasonal) - Community lodge, trails, and sports courts - Mandatory HOA fees not included in rental rate Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked owner's closet. Your stay also includes access to the fantastic amenities within the gated Arrowhead Lake community, subject to mandatory HOA fees. Other things to note Mandatory Community (HOA) Fees: Please be aware that Arrowhead Lake Community requires mandatory fees that are not included in your booking price. These must be paid online at least 3 days prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee. Temporary Membership: Required for all guests over 6 years old. - IN-SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day OR $42.50 per person, per week. - OFF-SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2.00 per person, per day. - Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay. - Administration Fee: $20 one-time fee per stay. - HOA Late Fee: A $100 late fee applies to registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival. The community does not accept registrations less than 1 day prior to arrival. If you make the reservation within 3 days of arrival - late fee is added by HOA These fees are set and collected by the HOA and cannot be waived or discounted. Community Amenities: The community amenities (pools, beaches, etc.) are owned and operated by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some are seasonal and may be closed due to weather, staffing, or maintenance reasons beyond our control. The Temporary Membership fee is required whether amenities are used or not. Home Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials to cover the first 2-3 nights. For longer stays, you can purchase additional items at nearby stores like Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, or ALDI. **TRASH RULES**: To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure.
