Inside, you'll find a bright, welcoming living area with a large smart TV for movie nights. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large fridge, ready for all your culinary creations. For some friendly competition, head to the game area, which features a foosball table, an arcade game, and a game console. When it's time to rest, choose from three comfortable sleeping areas: **Loft Bedroom:** A spacious retreat with a King bed and a dedicated workspace for remote work needs. **Bedroom 2:** A cozy room with a Queen bed. **Bedroom 3:** Perfect for kids or friends, with a Twin bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin). Step outside to your private outdoor oasis. Fire up the BBQ grill for an afternoon cookout, then gather around the fire pit under the stars. The community Trash Center is located nearby; details are in the in-house guidebook. * Please be respectful of our neighbors and the community. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for a locked crawlspace, owner's closets, and one shed which are used for supplies. For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Other things to note 🏡 COMMUNITY HOA FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price) All Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees must be paid separately online **at least 1 day prior to arrival**: 💳 **Temporary Membership** (children under 6 free) - 🌞 In Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week - ❄️ Off Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2/person/day 🚗 **Gate Pass:** $20/vehicle/stay 📝 **Administration Fee:** $20/stay ⏰ **HOA Late Fee:** $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival) ⚠️ **IMPORTANT – MUST READ** ❗ Fees are set by the community; we cannot waive or discount them. 🖊️ After booking, we provide an online form to submit guest names, number of children, and car info. ⏳ All fees must be **paid at least 3 days before arrival** to avoid the $100 late fee. 📌 If your booking is made less than 3 days before arrival, the $100 HOA late fee will be added on the community registration form we provide. 🚫 The community does **not** accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 1 day prior to arrival. 🏊 **COMMUNITY AMENITIES** Membership grants access to: - Pools, lakes, and beaches 🏖️ - Playgrounds and sports courts 🏀🎾 - Community Lodge: fireplaces, library, fitness room, game rooms, banquet hall 🏠 ⚠️ Temporary Membership is a mandatory community access fee, not an amenity fee. It must be paid whether amenities are open, available, or used. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
