We will be neighbors 🙌✨✌️🏡 If you come to work from HOME, this is a very quiet place and the internet is very good and stable (800Mbps Fiber Optic). Important: here things are simple... we don't have a pool, courts or game room... but we will welcome you with a hug, we are always available to help with everything possible, and we have dear Maia 🐶 - our host-mascot who is always bringing love and joy to everyone here at the Villa 🫶😁 We are in the prime area of Praia dos Ingleses, which is the most residential and quiet area of the neighborhood, at Rua Osvaldo Rogério Braga 348, at 750m do Mar ⛱️🌞😎 TinyHouse is next to our home, so while you have 100% privacy in TinyHouse, you have our presence nearby to help you with anything you need around here 😉👊👍 Of the three houses that you see in the photos only those of the corners act as accommodations for guests, and this is the one on the right. Other things to note OUR LOCATION AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE ENGLISH: Ingleses is one of the best prepared neighborhoods for tourism on the Island and here we are at Rua Osvaldo Rogério Braga 348, between the North (residential) and Central (commercial) areas of the Ingleses; that is, at the same time that we have the tranquility of the residential area, we have all the commerce and agitation of the Centrinho dos Ingleses, 1.5km from here. The SEA is 3 blocks from here (700m or 8 minutes' walk away), and the location of the beach closest to our home is also the closest to the 4 only 4-star Ingleses Beach hotels: North Coast, Slaviero Essential, Porto Sol and Oceania Park Hotel Spa & Convention. In an 800m radius of our home the occupation is 95% residential, but we have essential services such as family markets, bakeries, pharmacy, pretty cool restaurants by the sea, several foot-in-the-sand bars, two Italian ice cream houses, and plenty of BEACH :-) Already, if we increase the radius to 2km, we span Av. Main and Centrinho dos Ingleses, where we have all kinds of commerce and movement: hypermarkets, bags, cheese shops, bakeries, organic products, restaurants of all kinds (and price), pizzerias, breweries, pubs, bars with live music, traditional and Italian ice cream shops, many beach and souvenir shops, tourism agencies, exchange houses, car rental companies, pharmacies, clinics, banks Santander, Itaú, CEF, Bradesco, Brazil, in short... everything. Ingleses is a well-stocked neighborhood and therefore there is plenty to do around here without having to face traffic to other regions of the island. However, it is important to emphasize that Praia dos Ingleses has different characteristics... - The SOUTHERN part is busy because it is the only way to Praia do Santinho. - The CENTRAL region is where all the trade is concentrated and so is the busiest area. - The NORTHERN area (where we are) is 95% residential - also known as the "English noble area". NEARBY TOURS (NORTH REGION): In relation to the attractions and tours, in addition to the beautiful Praia dos Ingleses with more than 5km of sand strip, we have nearby the Dunes dos Ingleses, the Oficinas Líticas (an open-air museum in the stones where the ancient peoples made their tools and utensils), the Canto dos Pescadores and place for Snorkeling (Free Dive), the Feiticeira Trail (through the forest, linking the Ingleses Beach to Brava Beach), the Morro das Aranhas Trail (through the forest, linking the Praia do Santinho to Praia de Moçambique), the Trail of Animals in the Parque Estadual do Rio Vermelho, the Lagoinha and Ponta das Canas Beaches, the Fortress of São José da Ponta Grossa and the Beaches of the Forte and Daniela, the Native Community of the Costa da Lagoa with excellent restaurants, boat ride, trails of 1 to 7km, and even a large waterfall in the forest... But the agreed is that whenever you need something you will have support ;-) SUSTAINABILITY HERE AT HOME The concern for the environment and the search for alternatives to minimize the impact we have caused is a constant in our lives. So here at home: - we adapted a solar heating system for the water; - we caught rain water to supply the docked boxes of the toilets; - we separated the organic and recyclable waste for the selective collection of the municipality; in the new accommodations we opted for sustainable construction processes such as transformation of a used container into a cozy suite and the construction through the Wood-Steel Frame system in the TinyHouses, which is a clean, dry and ecological process, since it does not generate waste to the environment. PARKING LOT: Here everyone leaves their cars parked in front of the house - including our own and that of many neighbors as well. We live in a single-block street in a residential and very quiet area of the Ingleses.
