The property includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed, the other with a double. The bathroom has both a bath and overhead shower. A small dining area with two high stools is perfect for couples. Entertainment includes 3 Smart TVs and board games. The private garden is fully enclosed and ideal for pets (just please keep them off beds and sofas). Essentials such as towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are included, and there’s an ironing board too. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the enclosed garden, EV charger, washing machine, and private parking. There are 7 total spaces on-site — please avoid parking in the Tesla bay furthest to the right. Check-in is simple and fully self-service via a secure key safe. Other things to note There are stairs to access the bedrooms and bathroom, so please bear this in mind for anyone with limited mobility. The home is suitable for children and elderly guests who can manage stairs. House rules include no smoking indoors, no pets on furniture, and no parking in the Tesla bay. Please also avoid flicking ash or placing hot items on the artificial grass. CCTV is in place outside for your safety, covering the car park and exterior. Wi-Fi and mobile signal are both strong throughout the home.
