The full kitchen is perfect for homemade meals (or takeout!). The cottage features three bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests! We have a full-sized bathroom with bathtub and shower combo and parking at the property for 2 compact cars. You're a quick drive to Austin Peay State University, Tennova, and Nashville! Enjoy our modern 1200sf, one-story apartment within minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have space to accommodate up to 2 cars in the main parking lot around back and have additional public use parking that is empty outside of normal business hours. Our private, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TV in the living room or enjoy the ambiance with our covered porch. Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 7 Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed Guest Access: Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.
