Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note - SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). - For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility. - If you’re arriving by car, please note that private vehicles are not allowed in the historic center. You’ll need to park your car in one of the nearby public parking facilities.
