It"s the perfect blend of modern living and prime location. NOTE: This unit is not suitable for infants. The space This is a bedroom in a house, the room is located near the back of the house away from other guests and is accessed through a den. The den is not included and other guest may be in this area from time to time. Guest access The bedroom is located at the side of the house, just off a private hallway that extends from the den. While the den and back door are shared spaces, the master is tucked away behind a door that separates it from the rest of the home—offering added privacy from the main guest areas. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion. The bedroom door has a key lock, and the entry door is accessed by keypad. Other things to note Every stay comes with a bonus starter kit including: - 2 rolls of Toilet Paper - Coffee and Tea - Sugar & Creamer - Beach Towel - Hand soap NOTE: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap are not included with stays longer than 28 days. THE SPACE - NO SMOKING inside the bedroom of any kind. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - Please wash all your dishes before checking out. - ONLY the guest in the reservation may be on the property. Since this is a shared house, for security purposes, no additional guest or visitors are permitted without the permission of the host. -There is no laundry or full kitchen facilities included. As this is a shared house, there may be times where other guests can be heard in the house.
