WE DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING - Simple but quite spacious furnished house, with all the amenities and recently remodeled. -Located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. Close to markets, shops and the IMSS 170 clinic. -The house is a couple of minutes from the Marina (where the cruise ships arrive) which makes it quite central and easy to get to. As a reference, SAMS, WALMART and Plaza Galerias Vallarta are also a couple of minutes away. The space -It's a fully furnished space. It's very close to everything and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Other things to note WE DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING As a measure we take to protect the environment, the house has a solar heater for hot water service, which means that you do not have to turn on the boiler or activate any mechanism to be able to bathe. We have hot water 24 hours a day, since the sun comes out a little, the entire tank is heated, which is 150 liters of very hot water. However, if it rains for days (and the sun does not come out at all), the water may not come out hot and you may have to wait for the sun to come out (even for a while) so that the water in the tank can be heated.
