You will experience the beauty of a A-Frame cabin in the woods. The space Inside, you'll find handcrafted tongue and groove woodwork throughout and windows that frame outside views. The cabin was crafted to consider all guests including an easy access no step ramp to the deck and into the front door. Two lower level bedrooms have approximately 32" doorways for easy access. The cabin features a private deck with a hot tub including modern comforts like Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen and open concept living. Pet fee required for our pet owners, $150 per stay, 2 Dogs maximum. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving. Pet Fee Required: $150 for 2 Dogs Security Deposit and Rental Agreement Required, see "House Rules" Parking: -Parking on paved driveway Guest count: -Maximum 8 Guests. Age: -All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. Smoking: - Cabin is 100% NON-SMOKING. Parties: -No Big Parties or excessive noise. We have some neighbors that are permanent residents. We request quiet time outside be between 10pm to 8am. Hot Tub: -The hot tub is for guests 18+. Do NOT use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Bears: - It is not uncommon to see a bear. Please do not try to get close or feed the bear. Please keep all exterior doors and windows locked. Also keep all car doors locked at all times. Critters: - We maintain the property with monthly pests control. However, you may still see some bugs and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them. Weather: -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
