This is a modern RC-constructed 3-story house with a home elevator designed by an on-design partner. Mitaka Station is a Chuo Express stop station, about 12 minutes to Shinjuku. It is the first station on the Sobu Line and Tozai Line, so you can sit down. 2 minutes by train to Kichijoji. 25 minutes on foot. There is a community bus. With a living area with bright natural light, a dining space with a sophisticated design, and a fully equipped kitchen, it is a perfect space for families and groups. Good access, 5 minutes on foot from Mitaka Station, and nearby there is the Ghibli Museum, Inokashira Park, and popular cafes and restaurants. Conveniently located within walking distance are convenience stores, supermarkets, dry cleaners, police stations, pharmacies, bakeries, sports gyms, parks, etc. A quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk from the bustling station. Equipped with basic amenities and an Instant Pot, you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for long stays. Please be sure to review the welcome guide and house manual that we will send you by message after booking. ※ You can leave your luggage in the room after 1 pm. If cleaning is complete at that time, you can use the room as it is. If cleaning is not complete, please do not take your luggage out, place it together in one place near the entrance (indoors), and return after 5 pm. ※ Late check-out is generally not allowed due to cleaning reasons. You will be charged an additional fee for leaving after 10 am. ■ Amenities - Disposable slippers x 8 - Toothbrushes x 8 - 4 children's toothbrushes * TV: Terrestrial broadcasts are not available. You can watch Youtube, NETFLIX, etc. (Please log in with your own account) ■ Towels and bedding Regardless of the length of stay, we provide only one set of towels (one bath towel and one face towel) for the maximum number of guests in the room. There is no replacement or replenishment during the stay. 1st floor bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 full sized bed 2F Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 semi-double bed, 1 folding mattress (semi-single) 3F Living room: 2 folding mattresses (semi-single) ■ Cleaning There is no cleaning during your stay. Please take care of cleaning and linen washing yourself. * Additional cleaning fees will be incurred * Please do not leave dishes dirty, garbage scattered, stains, or dirt. We will charge an additional cleaning fee if we find any of the above. ■ Trash Please sort garbage and store it indoors. Please review the house manual we'll send you after you book. ※ Smoking is prohibited in and around the premises ※ If we find any signs of smoking, we will charge an additional fee. Please be sure to review them before you book. --- Guest access This is a private house. Please do not enter the barricade at the back of the dining room on the 3rd floor. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with a designated URL, where we will ask you to register the information for everyone included in the reservation. Please be sure to book from the account of the person who will be staying. If we find out after your reservation is confirmed, we'll have to cancel it.
