An apartment for the perfect beach vacation in a very nice place! The apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex with pool, parking and direct access to the beach promenade with a variety of restaurants and shops for every taste. In addition to the interiors, the apartment has a large loggia overlooking the sea and promenade from one side and the lake further inland with the city center in the background from the other. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette in the living room includes glasses, cutlery and dishes as well as all the necessary cooking utensils as well as a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave and an oven. The living room offers a sofa bed that can accommodate at least one more adult or two children. There is a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. On the spacious terrace with sea views and views of the lake with flamingos towards the city there is a dining table, four chairs and a small sofa. The patio door and all windows in the apartment are equipped with blinds that can be lowered. All rooms are equipped with central air conditioning. Guest access The apartment as well as the free parking space and the pool belonging to the residential complex are fully available to guests during their stay. Other things to note - Information about the surrounding area Construction work is currently taking place on a neighboring property near our apartment. Depending on the time of day and the type of work, there may be noise pollution. You can find a current photo of the construction site in our listing. According to the City of Calpe’s Noise Protection Ordinance, noisy construction work is permitted during the following times: July and September: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Sunday: No construction work permitted August: • No construction work allowed Remaining months: • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Sunday: No construction work permitted The information provided refers to the periods during which construction work is legally permitted.
