This delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in San Juan. House Features: Nestled in the heart of Calle Loiza, our home provides a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The 2 cozy bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom adds to the convenience. The living area is a great space to relax after a day of exploring, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. During the weekends it can get a bit noisy since it close to a lot of attractions like restaurants and bars. The house does not have parking, there is street parking. We highly recommend using Uber, if you want to explore outside of San Juan then we recommend renting a car. Also, the house does not have a generator or water cistern. It can randomly stop without prior notice. You will see some stains or marks in the tiles, the tiles have more than 50 years and we are conserving their history, some of them will look stained but they are not its their age. Location: Situated within walking distance to the beach. While street parking is available, the vibrant atmosphere of Calle Loiza awaits just beyond your doorstep. For your ease, we provide two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge. Each bathroom features dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also supply one bath towel per guest. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. We hope these amenities contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
