Coastal Retreat with Pool!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, home away from home, that has everything you'll need! Plenty of space both inside & out, with fun or relaxation for the whole family. Enjoy our beautiful small town of Niantic, home of the Niantic Bay Boardwalk, a 1 mile walk alongside Niantic Bay. Downtown is only a short walk from the house & is home to many great restaurants, shops & coffee spots. Enjoy one of 3 beaches, then cool off back home at the pool! The space Our home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 on the main floor, with the master bedroom offering a private deck and large walk in closet. The 4th bedroom is in the basement with the half bath attached. Spread out into the beautiful main living room which shares it's space with a large dining room table that seats 8. From the living room you can walkout through the sliding doors to the outside deck. Sit & relax by the fire, or under the gazebo in front of the gas fire table, all while listening to your very own waterfall into a coy pond. The side/front yard is spacious enough for children to run around & play on their very own playscape or enjoy swimming in the pool (open end of May-September). Adults will also find horseshoes & a volleyball net for fun. Relaxing in doors? No problem. Cozy up by a gas fireplace & watch TV in the fully furnished basement. Or play a round of pool while watching something else on the other TV! Kids will love the air hockey table & additional board games in the basement as well. Guest access All rooms are open for guests use, except 1 closet in master bedroom and garage, which are locked.
