Our farm of 30 acres is surrounded by trees, the Otter Creek, Trans Canada Trail for walking and biking, with its park like setting and its Texas Long Horn cows ambling through the fields! Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of nature. The space Our property has nice private patio to enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery, enjoy a walk on the nearby trails, swing and swing disk are close by the blue shed, nice side yard to play outdoor games, or a game of soccer. Relax unwind and listen to the birds calling. Beautiful colors in the fall with the property surrounded by trees. Our home: Main floor- Kitchen, Dining, Living room. Full Bathroom. Coat/Game closet. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with two night tables, closet for storage. Bedroom #2- Queen bed with two night tables, closet, change table, Crib for little ones Basement with walkout floor- Play area for the little ones, with area for coats and shoes. Laundry/#2Bathroom with washer and dryer if you need it. Bedroom #3- Two single beds with closet for storage. Bedroom #4- Double Bunk bed with single on top, plus toddler bed, One night table and closet for storage. Guest access Please use only the rooms that are needed at the time of your stay which saves us time for cleaning upon your checkout. Other things to note Our farm property is Located 5 min south of the town of Otterville, which has a Post office, Convenience store "Market by the falls", A nice park for the little ones, or taking a walk through the park with your pets, which also has a baseball diamond, public pool, and small splashpad for the tots. RBC Bank is also there if needed. We are 30min south of Woodstock, 10 min away from Norwich, Tillsonburg and Delhi, 35 min from Long Point beach.
