My home is suitable for Medical Personnel,10/15 minutes,from 3 Hospitals/other Medical Facilities,Solo Business travelers and Serious Students with car.Grocery stores/coffee shops/delis are nearby. ONLY Non-Smokers to book my rooms, as I have allergies. The Bathroom is Shared. The space This room has a Full comfortable size bed, includes a mini fridge. plug in if using/desk/dresser/closet a portable heater for winter. please note: **This is a SHARED bathroom booking** *NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind. No Alcohol of any kind. No Drugs or any other substances *No Shoes: Please remove shoes before stepping inside the home. you may want to bring socks/indoor slippers. shoe racker outdoor footwear behind the entry door. *No Pets. *No moving boxes inside. *Not suitable for young children. NOTE: kitchen is available for limited use. no heavy cooking or baking please! Quiet time between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Guest access the guest will have access to the shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. there is no washer/dryer available, right now. During your stay If the guest has time and would like to chat and interact,I will do so. Other things to note no bikes, no surfboards, no wet-suits or wet clothes, no camping gear, etc., ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. you are welcome to place your items in the backyard. please let me know in a timely way if something breaks, or not functioning properly.
