Indoor fireplace is not available during summer months. At the resort, the roads are paved and wind through hilly terrain with a couple of steep areas. In snowy or icy conditions, using a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains is strongly advised. No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet of any kind in the cabin, there will be a $500 charge, and you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS. "Quiet Hours" - From 10 PM to 7 AM!....."Smoking Policy" - No smoking of any kind is allowed $500 smoking fine!....."Guest Limit" - Maximum of 6 guests total! ....."Pet Policy" - No pets allowed; a violation incurs a $500 deep cleaning fee! ....."Party Policy" - No parties permitted!....."Age Requirement" - Guests must be at least 24 years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian!..........Please do not roast marshmallows on the gas fire pit. If marshmallows fall on the rocks they will be replaced at the guest’ expense.
