The summer house has a nice east-facing wooden terrace with a cafe table for morning coffee, and a large west-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture for dinner/evening coffee. There is also a barbecue. Here there is space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A short 1.2km walk takes you to a lovely sandy beach, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing day by the water. The space The open kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, a large combined fridge/freezer, convection oven and a stove with induction hobs. There is also a cozy wood-burning stove in the living room, and a lovely alcove with a good spring mattress. Accommodation options include two rooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds, ideal for families or friends on tour. The bathroom has a nice relaxing large spa bath which can be recommended. Or you can use the shower niche. There is also a combi washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is heated with a heat pump. There is a short walking distance to both supermarkets and farm shops. This fine Kalmar holiday home is located in a scenic and hilly quiet area, where it is only a short walk to the protected nature reserve Heatherhill. From here you can also bathe. There are duvets and pillows. Remember to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. The summer house is not rented out to youth groups.
