Nest - A cozy retreat

A 2BHK independent house located in Talpona in Canacona, Goa. The property is just 2 minutes walk to the Talpona beach and river. Located in a very calm and peaceful environment. The house has a beautiful lawn. It's a perfect place to be in Goa throughout the year. Monsoons you can enjoy the beautiful lawn within the cozyness of the house. Summers we have hammock in the lawn and the guest can enjoy the Sun within the greenary of the lawn. The space A 2BHk house. Both the rooms are AC rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note 1. There is no power backup in the property and we experience frequent power cuts during monsoon. 2. Talpona is a small village with very limited access to good internet providers and the property has the internet from the best provider in the area and still we face occasional speed fluctuations and internet cut offs. 3. The lawn path is used by a local fisherman as a shortcut to the beach for his daily fishing routine. It a common sight in Goa and we can't restrict the local fishermen their beach accessibility even if it's a private property. He is a very nice guy who won't bother your stay in anyway. Don't miss to buy his fresh catches if you are a fish lover ;) 4. Hammock in lawn wont be available during monsoon. 5. The property is best suited for people who want a change from their usual monotonous life. 6. Two wheeler and four wheeler parking is within the guest house premises.
