The distance from the main road makes the house very quiet, both inside and in the garden. The property does not have private parking, but about 50 meters there is a free public car park. THE STRUCTURE The detached house, developed on four levels and a garden, is equipped with everything you need to ensure a pleasant stay. THE KITCHEN / DINING AREA / LIVING ROOM The full kitchen has a 4-burner induction hob, sink, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with chairs to eat or work. The sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two people. A free wi-fi connection and a 43" Smart TV connected to the digital terrestrial and equipped with the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.) are available. THE BEDROOM The bedroom houses a double bed complete with all linen. From the bed you can watch 32" TV through digital terrestrial or major streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.). Adjacent to this room is a spacious walk-in closet, equipped with a large mirror. THE BATHROOM The bathroom has a comfortable shower, WC, bidet, double sink, carpet and all necessary towels (face, hands and body). You will also find hand soap and shower soap at your disposal. THE MEZZANINE In the loft a small relaxation area has been created, equipped with carpet, pillows, a small table and books for children. There is also a skylight, which makes this space brighter. THE TAVERN The tavern, characterized by stone vaults, houses a large table with chairs and bench, a kitchen equipped with gas stove (currently disconnected and not working for safety reasons) and a sink. In this room there is also a small laundry area, complete with washing machine and sink. In the tavern, you will also find equipment dedicated to the maintenance of the house, since it is also used as a storage room. THE GARDEN The garden is accessible both from the tavern and from the main entrance of the house, down the stairs and along the driveway. You will find four reclining chairs and a table where you can eat outdoors and relax. This area is illuminated by a small lamppost that, in the evening, creates a more intimate atmosphere. Guest access You will have at your disposal the entire housing unit.
