During your stay I work with my wonderful co-host, Jun, to ensure you have everything you need before, during, and after your stay. Other things to note 1) Maximum of 1 guest. 2) Normal check-in is 3pm–8pm. I’m unable to accommodate arrivals after 10pm. 3) No outdoor shoes inside the house. 4) No smoking or drugs of any kind. 5) Please avoid strong fragrances or perfumes, as they’re difficult to remove and some guests may be sensitive. 6) Enjoy food only in the kitchen or dining area (no food in the bedroom or living room). 7) Light cooking only. 8) The living room fireplace is not for guest use; the home has central heating if you feel cold. 9) Please help keep common areas neat and tidy.
