Kick back and relax in this stylish retreat built in the 1880s in one of the most charming neighborhoods in the city. Our private guest suite is suited for those that want the old-world charm of SF while being centrally located to all the fun it offers. The Golden Gate Park, Museums, Botanical Gardens, Haight-Ashbury, Irving St. are all within a 20 min walk from the house. For guests visiting UCSF, we are a 5 min walk from their Parnassus Heights campus. Paid all-day parking passes available. The space Our guest suite has its own private access w/ a private living room, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette & work areas. The unit comes with high speed internet, HDTV & laundry. There is ample street parking outside the AirBnB. We have a limited number of street parking passes available for purchase at $20/day. Please check with us when booking. Guest access Guests have access to the guest suite & shared laundry area. Please DO NOT access the backyard unless there is an emergency. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and want to make sure we don't disturb our lovely neighbors. Other things to note Please respect the quiet & tranquil nature of the home and neighborhood. We appreciate you keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the evening hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We live in the two floors above the guest suite. While we are generally very quiet, we apologize in advance if there are occasional sounds caused by our 5-year old. The ceiling height of the suite is around 7 ft in some places. Not a biggie, but just wanted to call it out for our taller guests. Please use the two Dyson space heaters if you need them. We don’t have central heating in the suite, but the two powerful space heaters are more than sufficient.
