The spacious master bedroom covers 80m², while the other two rooms are 60m² each, all with marble flooring and AC. That said, regularly we are using an all-natural pest control measure around the property. Please note, we will not be able to offer refunds for any issues about bugs or animals. All accommodations in Bali are experiencing this issue. Note: We have recently renovated our villa, which is managed independently from the Resort Complex in which it is included. The resort and some of the neighboring villas have not been updated since Covid times. So please dont plan to use the resort pool or restaurant, they have not been renovated. Once you enter this property, you will find a sanctuary, private all to yourself. Guest access Welcome to Uluwatu/ Ungasan Bali. This Gated Community area with 24/7 security is on a total 7.5 hectares without any direct neighbors except for 20 residential Villas inside the complex. The Resort is no longer operating as a resort with common areas, each Villa is rented individually. We have renovated your Villa so once you enter the doors, you enter your own private sanctuary with private pool & garden. No roosters, no barking stray dogs, no public road next to the villa = no loud bikes or traffic noise at all. And No Construction around! Most of Uluwatu is under construction, so be careful if you decide to book elsewhere! Other things to note Strictly no loud parties and gatherings. Please respect our neighbourhood. Treat this like your own home. One of our managers lives a few doors away. No smoking inside the rooms. Please be quiet after 10PM. Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. While the villa itself is unaffected, guests may occasionally experience some daytime noise. Work is generally limited to standard daytime hours, and evenings remain quiet.
