The house is exposed on three sides, each room has a window or a French door. The house is located on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the Duomo, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Theater, and the main tourist attractions, museums and archaeological sites. As the crow flies, the sea and the port are about 800 meters away. The beach and cliff can be reached in 5 minutes by car, or about twenty minutes more walking, otherwise by bus line D, 902 or 431.
