This single-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers sweeping panoramic ocean views with the majestic King Range framing the northern horizon, creating a serene escape on the Lost Coast. Inside, the open-concept living space enchants, with expansive windows that frame mesmerizing ocean views. A master suite, with its own coastal views and luxurious walk-in tile shower, sets the stage for tranquil evenings. Culinary delights await in the chef’s kitchen, complete with granite countertops, and a spacious cooktop, perfect for preparing meals with loved ones. Step outside to a generous, fully fenced backyard with a lush lawn, cozy patio, and outdoor furniture—a welcoming oasis for two- and four-legged guests alike. This pet-friendly family home and property blends indoor luxury with outdoor charm, making it the ideal base for your coastal adventure.. While the garage will be inaccessible during your stay, the rest of the home is yours to enjoy. EV Charging on Property: Charge via the 110 outlet (roughly 1.5 kW) to the right of the front door for $20 per 50 kW. Please message us in advance to arrange payment. Guest access You are welcome to use all parts of the home, inside and out! The garage will be reserved for owners at this time. Other things to note CHILDREN: While we welcome infants and children of all ages, please note that we do not provide outlet covers, stair gates, cabinet locks or child specific utensils. We do have some children's toys to play with, though! WEATHER & AIR QUALITY Though the climate is temperate and most days are sunny, there can be periods of dense coastal fog, brisk northwest winds, winter storms, and rarely, smoke & haze. FIREPLACE: The fireplace will not be usable. Please take advantage of the other heating options. PAPER PRODUCTS & LONG TERM STAYS: We provide plenty of paper products to get you started. After that, you can find whatever you need in the way of additional paper products at the General Store. MID STAY CLEANING: If you book a longer stay, and you'd like someone to come freshen the home at any point, please reach out to Reya to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for a small extra fee.
