Life jackets are required and provided. Private dock with deep water access Expansive lake views from all levels Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock (per Pine Mountain Lake regulations) IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES No pets allowed. No smoking, candles, outdoor fires, firearms, or fireworks permitted on the property. Propane for the gas BBQ is not provided but there is a tank that can be refilled at the local market Golden Peak Cabin has multiple stairways, including 100 stairs leading to the dock. Guests must turn off A/C and lights upon checkout and place trash in the designated bin. PARKING Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays over 8 nights require additional fees.
