The "Villa Colibri" is located in the municipality of Sainte-Luce, in the south of Martinique, on the Caribbean Sea with quick and easy access to the main roads to visit the island. Close to the beaches, 300 m from the nearest (Anse Mabouya). A fitness trail of about 4 km, starting from this beach, runs along the coast and all the beaches of Sainte-Luce to its village, a charming, authentic and tourist fishing village. To complete this friendly and open space, a stone barbecue, sink, shower and toilet. A wooded garden (fruit trees) and flowers complete the space. Indoor parking can accommodate several vehicles. The house is in a private gated community. It can accommodate 8 vacationers. It has: 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, distributed as follows: - Ground floor: 1 master suite with a 140 bed - Upstairs: 2 master suites (bed 160/200) 1 bedroom with a bed (140/200) 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (90/190) These last two bedrooms share the same bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with fan and mosquito net. Total number of toilets: 5 For baby comfort: Folding crib, booster seat, car seat (0-18 kg), stroller, high chair. This amount is to be paid on the day of arrival. End-of-stay cleaning fee: 150 euros to be paid on arrival. Security deposit check: in the amount of 1000 euros, it will be given upon arrival.
