On the ground floor there are is the living area with kitchenette and a pretty balcony with a a small sitting area invites you to relax and absorb the authentic atmosphere surrounded by stone houses and lake view to one side. because sitting on a balcony makes you feel better always! From the living area a terracotta staircase leads to the fresh basement room with original stone walls with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink, wc and washing machine. A wooden staircase instead leads to the first floor with a bright bedroom with double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a pretty balcony with lake view to one side. On this floor there is a brand new bathroom with walk in shower, wc and sink. A spiral staircase leads to the under roof (low roof) that has a single bed ideal for a child, air conditioning unit and two roof windows with fantastic views on the rooftops and the mountains that frame Lake Como. Despite being in the heart of the hamlet, free parking is a short distance away, ensuring convenience without sacrificing the charm of the place. Other things to note +++ The house is on three floors, not suitable for people with mobility problems. +++ There are no doors separating the first and the second floor. +++ The under roof room has a single bed ideal for children and the roof is very low. +++ There is a public car park just below the house (PARKING ALOWED ONLY ON THE WHITE LINES). +++ From mid October to the end of April heating is considered extra and paid according to consumption after reading the gas meter (€1,35/m3).
