This home is perfect for families since all bedrooms are accessible from the inside of the home and it is close to Leinster & Salt Pond Bay! With no light pollution, the stars will shine bright and you'll be able to see shooting stars from Starry Night Villa! The space Primary bedroom: Queen bed with access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom: Queen bed with bathroom just outside of the bedroom. 3rd bedroom (loft): Located upstairs, the room features a king bed, unique ceiling and lighting. This room does not have a door to close off from the rest of the house. The villa is just minutes away from Leinster and Salt Pond Bay, Bordeaux Mountain and Ram Head hiking trails and 15 minutes away from the heart of Coral Bay (restaurants/ grocery stores). **There are backup Tesla batteries at this home. Guest access The whole house is accessible Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to Television, Wifi, Satellite/Cable Service, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. as these issues are out of our control. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
