The property contains two rentable apartments that have just been newly renovated. A stone's throw from the property, you will find our jetty which is shared with only two other homes. A hidden gem by Lake Sommen where you can take a break from everyday life, paddle in our canoe, swim, fish or just relax. In this two-story home, you will find this spacious apartment that has a fresh and modern atmosphere. With two newly-renovated bathrooms, convenience and comfort are a priority for your stay. You will appreciate the separate bedrooms that provide privacy and space for relaxation. In addition, the private living room offers a perfect place to relax and socialize with your travel companions. One of the highlights of the accommodation is the generous balcony facing Lake Sommen. Here you can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets while you relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. On the 1st floor, you will also find a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals during your stay. The entrance to the property is also located on this floor for easy access and convenience. One of the highlights of our accommodation is the private jetty that is shared with other guests. The jetty is located only 5 minutes from our accommodation. Here you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Lake Sommen, go for a swim, go canoeing or just sit and admire the spectacular sunset. It's a magical place to relax and recharge your batteries. If you want to use the canoe, please contact our host. With a total area of about 80 square meters, this apartment offers enough space for you to enjoy your stay. Our property is located only 7 minutes from the cozy small town of Tranås, where you can explore local shops, cafés and restaurants. Guest access On our property, we offer three different accommodations. This is our largest accommodation and has a private entrance at the main entrance. Guests have access to the entire place. The common areas include the jetty and parts of the garden. However, there are separate dining tables on the property, giving each guest their own private space. Other things to note Cleaning: If you just want to leave and not clean up after you, we can take care of the cleaning for a fee.
