Just 2 km from the beach, you can enjoy the sea whenever you wish. Nearby, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and cafes, ensuring convenience during your stay. Access by car is easy and practical, and the train station is about 700 meters away, allowing you to quickly reach the center of Porto without worrying about traffic. Guest access The apartment is private and for exclusive use. You can enjoy the shared amenities of the development such as the pool, gardens and play areas. The swimming pool isn't heated. Other things to note -The accommodation has limited parking spaces, available upon arrival (max. 1 vehicle per booking). If there is no vacancy available, it is possible to park temporarily in the interior only for loading and unloading luggage. Guests can use the public places on the outskirts of the accommodation, respecting the traffic rules. Parking is not allowed in front of the wall, but there are several options just a few meters away. Please let us know if you want to charge the electric car. - The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the capacity of the available beds. If you want to use them with a lower number of guests, a surcharge of €20 will apply. - It is possible to include extra cleaning service during your stay ( cost €60/cleaning). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot (requires prior reservation and extra charge with a chosen kit). - There is a dossier with detailed rules on the property in digital format whose address is affixed to the apartment. - All guests must present a valid ID. - A city fee is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia. The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may favor the appearance of mosquitoes, ants or other small insects. Although we resort to regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that any occasional insect will not enter our home, nor offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to collaborate by keeping the doors closed, disposing of waste properly and storing food in a responsible manner.
