Kunterbunt train station (Monbachtal)

Former Black Forest train station nestled in nature (1912) Here, animals and humans live in decent homeliness. We share the terrace, house, and garden with a dog, a cat, running ducks, and chickens. The bedroom and dining room are next to each other on the ground floor, the bathroom can be reached via a hallway shared with us. We ourselves live on the 1st floor. Curtains as well as opaque curtains are located on all windows. The space ​Important information about your stay: A home with heart and openness!Our garden is a communal space where we spend time and work every day, or where we have friends over for a visit. We live here ourselves, we enjoy gardening, and we want everyone—you as guests and us as hosts—to feel completely at home. ​ ​Since the paths to the gate pass through the property, you inevitably run into each other. We're not fans of the anonymous hotel vibe, so we welcome guests who are in the mood for a friendly greeting or a quick chat. ​Your terrace is your personal area to relax. ​Respectful quiet zones: While you enjoy your time on the terrace, the rest of the garden, as well as our private retreats and outbuildings, remain our personal spaces for working and relaxing. By arrangement, additional areas of the garden can be used. ​We are looking for guests who appreciate this down-to-earth “neighborhood feel” while also treating private areas with respect. If you are in the mood for a real, vibrant home, we are really looking forward to your inquiry! Guest access No self check-in... We will welcome you at the garden gate and show you everything you need to know. Arrival information is provided one day before arrival. Other things to note * Monbachtal train station project * Here, we tinker, work and create our future in this beautiful place according to our visions. There is always something for us to do. A terrace is currently being built on the old railway freight room. Unfortunately the day only has 24h and we have to practice patience. A lot is planned - but we will ensure a relaxing stay for our guests despite all the plans.
